I initially came to a plant based diet for health reasons, was thrilled to find out about all of the environmental benefits, and now I’m learning about everything else, too. I live in veggie-friendly Washington, DC and blog about my cooking and dining adventures, both here in DC and wherever else I go.

More recently, I started my own vegan & gluten-free snack company called Kate Bakes.
